Visit to National Fairground Archive, 



Monday 24th November, 2-4 p.m., 



Venue: National Fairground Archive, University of Sheffield Main Library.



Free tour of the National Fairground Archive led by their Research Director Dr Vanessa Toulmin. The NFA is 'a unique collection of photographic, printed,manuscript and audiovisual material covering all aspects of the culture of travelling showpeople,their organisation as a community,their social history and everyday life; and the artefacts and machinery of fairgrounds.' for more information see: http://www.shef.ac.uk/nfa/



The visit includes free tea/coffee.

It is possible to access the building if you use a wheelchair.



We welcome interest from library and information students studying in the region.
