I find it very hard to part with my 8000 word masterpiece, but I take all of your points - I wish we could present a piece of work which shows an aspect of what we have done, and go overboard on that. Going back to an issue prev. discussed, we should be "shoe-horned" into specialising, and not generalising for this project. Looking at it from the other side, I would never be able to judge a candidate on 4,000 words (can you imagine 3 years = 4000 words). And you'll probably say that things such as mission statements and CVs are to be counted, instead of thrown off document via href ? Emi
