GIS Database
Analyst (£18,500 + BUPA, Gym + 27days hols) West London.
Exciting GIS role for those just out
of University and looking to carve out a career.
My client want graduates with GIS and
Mathematical backgrounds as the role will
need Spatial awareness. Working in a team of 14 your role will be split
50:50 into
database building and front line
helpdesk on GIS database queries.
This is a diverse role and there will
also be opportunities for beta testing new software
releases & documentation.
This role is not just another
technical helpline. Their clients
are business-focused & as such
you will need both technical/numeracy skills and
business acumen, together with the
lateral-thinking ability to be able to apply both
sets of skills. You should have a good understanding of database
concepts & be
comfortable with talking to clients
on the telephone. Desirable to have
VBA skills.
They will only take on people with
excellent academic records. A very friendly environment
to work in and they have fantastic
offices in a great location. EU residents only.
