  As a qualified teacher with over four years teaching experience (all ks) and over a years experience working in a museum this post sounds ideal for me, however i took one look at the salary and disregarded it.
  I could earn more doing supply teaching or even freelancing.  
  However to be fair they are not asking for a qualified teacher!
  unqualified teachers earn less so this would be the going rate if you were not qualified but had teaching experience
