PROJECT CONSULTANT: STUDY OF THE AUDIENCE POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONAL (North East) RESOURCE CENTRE PHASE 2 We are inviting you to submit a tender for the provision of a Study on the potential of a five-year revenue scheme to support the Regional Resource Centre Phase 2. Background work is required to support a Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund application to be submitted by 1 November 2003. The purpose of this Study is to inform an Access and Audience Development Plan for Outreach Work.
