Actually, I want to rephrase the question i post just a while ago about the DICOM image. I'm little confused with Analyzed file format (.hdr and .img). Does it have to be in Analyzed file format to use FSL application? We have DICOM (GE) format images. If I want to apply FSL application (such as BET) to DICOM images, what do i have to do? Thank you.
