What is the difference between cost and search cost in flirt?
-cost {mutualinfo,corratio,normcorr,normmi,leastsq}
(default is corratio)
-searchcost {mutualinfo,corratio,normcorr,normmi,leastsq}
(default is corratio)
If I am want normalized mututal information do I specify one or the other
or both?
