Lots of small library scenes in big films (e.g. Citizen Kane, Philadelphia Story, It's A Wonderful Life): try the following for a bit more characterisation:

Mosjoukine in Feu Mathias Pascal, Laurence Côte in Haut Bas Fragile, Bette Davis in Storm Center, Pola Negri in Lily of the Dust, Carole Lombard in No Man of Her Own.

I am doing a study regarding the depiction of librarians in narrative films.

Do you know of an existing video/CD/DVD compilation of librarians as they appear in specific films?
Are you aware of a "librarians on screen" list (US and beyond) that will lead me to the films that I need?
