Hello Mareike, I am currently working on a paper on The Silence of the Lambs and took out a book from my library called Subversive Pleasures by Robert Stam. Inside, there is a chapter entitled The Grotesque Body and Cinematic Eroticism. I have not yet read the book so I am unsure if this will help you but I thought I would mention it.
