There are two films dealing with Korea available online from Education Media
Online. http://www.emol.ac.uk/

'Korea Today'(1960) aka 'Korea Must be Unified', compares North and South
Korea and 'Evidence of US Germ Warfare in Korea and China'. The first of
these was made by North Korea, but the second is Chinese in origin and may
not be so relevant.

Education Media Online is available with Athens passwords.

The films came from the ETV Collection which has recently been moved to the
National Film and Television Archive and which has some additional films on
Korea from ETV.
