Just a quick follow up/correction: if you are getting lots of code-gobbledegook in your salon messages then perhaps try the mime format *first* (it's less fussy than the html), and only if that doesn't do the trick then try the html format. To set your subscription to receive messages in mime format -- simply send the message: set film-philosophy nohtml mime to: [log in to unmask] (Also, somewhere in your email software settings/preferences you can usually choose whether or not to receive mime digests as attachments instead of messages.) To set your subscription to receive messages in html format -- simply send the message: set film-philosophy html to: [log in to unmask] Or you can check and change your subscription options via the Jiscmail website, go to: http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/film-philosophy.html click on 'Join or leave the list (or change settings)', and follow the instructions.
