I think it came from the Equality Challenge Unit.
 
It was very incomplete and I think it was quite iffy in terms of data protection.

Does anyone recall a list of known trainers in the HE sector which was circulated about a year ago?  The list was the result of a call out from a sector organisation for anyone wishing to register themselves or to nominate any organisations who had been effective.
