Don't pass the details over. Not without consent. An advert for the service
can be placed on or in with payslips provided you have registered properly
for host mailing and individual staff have had an opportunity to opt out of the
mailings.
If you have already signed the contract then failing to supply the names and
addresses would not be in breach of that contract because the disclosure
without consent is likely to be in breach of primary legislation.
