We had occasion to go into someone's Inbox recently whilst they were off on
lengthy sick...our IT Department were instructed to do so but we had to have
a good reason for so doing.  Some employees, e.g. four Account Managers give
access to each other's Inboxes...(obviously, they mustn't have any personal
e-mails).  I find it hard to cope with sometimes too, my Line Manager says
he doesn't mind us using it - let's face it, if we phoned a colleague to go
to lunch and they weren't in their office and kept phoning we'd be spending
more time on the phone (thus wasting public funds)...surely a quick e-mail -
let me know when you are ready for lunch would be OK.  I guess we shall have
to watch this space...are the Court actions going to increase?
