The elected member should be briefed on what he can disclose, for security
reasons, and it should not be assumed he can say what he likes.

The identity of staff can be disguised using mosaic or blurring techniques.
A security issue can also arise just by letting people know how many staff
work there. The location of the control room should not be revealed unless
this
is already public knowledge across the area covered by the TV company.  Any
visitors to the control room (including all the TV crew) should sign a
non-disclosure contract.

Obviously the cameras should all be zoomed out and any identifiable
individuals on the recorded footage would have to be blurred or cut.
