Hello, We have used WinBugs successfully (and with great satisfaction) for estimating hierarchical linear models for longitudinal data analysis in which every Level 1 unit had the same number of observations. Now we face a data analysis in which the Level 1 units have different numbers of observations (some including only one). But how we do this with WinBugs currently stumps us. We would be most grateful for any suggestions. Many thanks.
