I have a population genetics related query that probably won't make sense to most of you. I'm analysing some quantitative genetic data, and the only way we can estimate the additive variance is through estimating the relatedness (we have the marker data, but not pedigree for the parents). Does anyone have or know of any available WinBugs code for estimating pariwise relatednesses? Obviously I don't want to re-invent the wheel if I don't have to.
