Hi Folks, I have a problem on wishart distribution in WINBUGS. Is there any way I can update parameters in Wishart distribution ? Whenever I use the parameters in Wishart distribution with another level of prior, BUGS says covariance matrix or degree of freedom parameter of Wishart node should be fixed. Can't I treat them as parameters and update them ? What I'd like to do was as follows: Multivariate normal distribution with mean vector and precision matrix as a parameter. For the precision matrix, it is generated from Wishart distribution. For the Wishart distriubtion, I'd like to set up one more level of prior, which I have not been able to so far using BUGS.
