I am looking at estimating "gain" in an educational setting where the
"same" test is given twice to a set of students. The tests which are the
"same" have a reliability of .94. The gain Test1-Test2 is regressed
against the observed first test result which is measured with error.
Does anyone know of bugs being used in an educational setting for this sort
of example, where reliability is used.
Thanks
Margaret Donald
