A couple of announcements: **** 1.4 **** In case you had not realised, WinBUGS 1.4 is now up on the website and being downloaded at a great rate. It's got some good new features, particularly being able to run in the background using scripts. This means it can be automatically called by other software, such as Splus, R, SAS. However, there are still some numerical problems to be sorted out with the slice sampler that can cause difficulties for some more complex applications. ***** Book ***** We don't usually distribute adverts, but will make an exception in the case of another book from Peter Congdon!
