Anybody help with this one? Student can log in to Blackboard fine inside the uni. Canšt log in outside from home. Log in attempt returns, in red, NO AUTHENTICATION CREDENTIALS WERE PROVIDED WITH THE REQUEST after typing in username and pass word. She could log in fine last year. I suspect something between her and the server has changed possibly a helpful (?) Microsoft update/patch; something her ISP has done?
