Hi All,
We're currently running BB 5.5 base edition on Windows 2000 server through IE6. We are getting a problem with word docs. We can open them fine, but machines are hanging when we try to close the docs, either by using back on the browser, or opening them in a separate window and closing the window. Most client machines are service-packed with all the MS updates, though this doesn't seem to have a bearing on the problem. Neither does OS (between 2000 and XP), user permissions, or anything else we can think of. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
