I can't see that it would be the zipping tool - I , too use the Winzip evaluation tool and it's fine. On a Mac you can use DropZip, available from http://www.stuffit.com/stuffit/lite/index.html The problem is more likely to be that the upload option is not getting checked: in section 2 (Content Attachments) of the Add Item page, be sure to choose Special Action "Unpackage this file". The best way of dealing with PowerPoint files - I am a recent convert - is Impatica. www.impatica.com -- Regards Mark Mark Gamble - Head, AV-Media Services, Learning Resources Tel ext 2260 Fax 2259 Mobile 077 200 686 05 http://lrweb.luton.ac.uk/av-media/ > From: "S.Edwardson" <[log in to unmask]> > Organization: University of Wales, Bangor > Reply-To: "S.Edwardson" <[log in to unmask]> > Date: Wed, 15 Jan 2003 14:54:49 +0000 > To: [log in to unmask] > Subject: [Fwd: Blackboard and zipping] > > Hello All > > We have been using Blackboard at Bangor since Sept. and it has proved to > be very popular with a rapid uptake amongst staff.
