E-Learning Symposium

Sept 3-4th 2003, Defence Academy/RMCS Shrivenham

Title: Scaling Up E-Learning

Background

The symposium will provide a forum for individuals engaged in supporting the
implementation of e-learning on a large scale in business organisations,
public services and education to come together to discuss and share visions,
concepts and experiences.

Presentations will be organised around four main themes.

        1.      Policy, vision, concepts
        2.      Implementations and lessons learned
        3.      Supporting the processes - methods, tools, standards
        4.      The way ahead - challenges, controversies, convergences

Format

This symposium is one of a series of Symposia at Shrivenham using a well
proven format in a relaxed atmosphere within secure surroundings.
