no I don't, but it's probably under Tony Tew at York electronics.  Is this of any earthly use in searching?

Subject: infra red wheelchair control system

Does anyone have any information on the infra red
wheelchair control system being developed at the
University of York and featured in the FAST video
on advanced wheelchair controls.  It has a transmitter
on the chair and a sensor worn by the driver.

Thanks
