I have returned from holiday to find that a virus has invaded the system with my name attached. If you have received an email relating to Repetitive Strain Injury from Leonard McDonald @ Transco, please delete it. That is not my email address. But the bug has picked up the addresses in my address book and sent it onwards. Sorry about that. I have, if it's any consolation, updated my Norton Anti Virus thingummy.
