It is chaired by a DVC and there are currently 3. 24 members - terms of membership as follows Chair Chancellery - D V-C (Resources) Secretary: Committee Administrator Office of the VC Ex officio Head of EO Development Director of Personnel EO Officer Registrar or (nominee) Personnel Advisor (EO) Members Three Senior Academics (one Dean, one Head of Department, one Professor) * or ** One Pro Vice Chancellor * or ** One Head of Faculty Administration * Two Union representatives (one Academic, one Support Staff) * Five Senior Support Staff (Information & Learning Support, Learning Facilities, Disability Assist Services, International Office, Academic Partnerships) Two Student Representatives (at least one from Student Union) * Up to Four general staff members (as needed to ensure representation of each Campus, Faculty and constituent group from across the University). ** *Nominated by peer group. ** Self-nominated and elected by EO Committee. 4. The EO committee reports directly to the Senior Management Executive. 5. There are sub-committee working groups for SENDA implementation and Race Equality implementation. These groups contain some additional members who are not EO Committee members.
