I like your idea of the equal ops network Our EO committee is chaired by the VC and reports to the governors. Schools and student deans are on the committee, as well as union reps, corporate coms, HRS, students union Quality Assureance Service, etc., We have an annuial review of Eo, writtenby me, and sub groups of the committee working on specific things, e.g., disability sub committee.
