Dear Colleagues, Some of you will be aware that ACB Venture Publications published my book 'A Practical Guide to Accreditation in Laboratory Medicine' in October 2002 (www.acb.org.uk). The ISO Standard for Medical Laboratories (ISO 15189:2003) has been published, (given as ISO 15189:2002 in my book) and CPA's new standards are available (www.cpa-uk.co.uk). I have prepared two Companions to my book, one for for ISO 15189:2003 and one for the CPA standards. Each companion is 6 pages long, and give tables cross-referencing the Chapters and figures in my book to clauses of ISO 15189:2003 and to the CPA standards. It is free, download it from this email.
