Does any one have experence of acute coronary syndromes in pregnancy? 36 year old woman, 32 weeks pregnant with no Family History of IHD. Presented with 2 hours crushing central to left sided chest pain. No ECG changes Negative exercise test 18 hours Troponin I (Beckman Access) 0.06 ng/mL (repeat analysis 0.07) 7 days repeat TnI < 0.03 ng/mL Any thoughts?
