We are currently trying to set up a Point of Care Testing Steering Group at Ealing Hospital. I would be very grateful for some advie from anyone who has been involved in a similar project about what grades and variety of hospital staff that were invited to be part of the steering group. Also any general advice or information about setting up or running a steering group of this type would be very much appreciated.
