We had a intersting case in one of our volunteers taking part in a clinical
trial. His CPK on 23.07 (early morning)was 5837 IU/L (AST 185 IU/L; ALT 185
IU/L). He claims not to have done much exercise although he is fit (he's
married though!!). No alcohol or other drugs (including social ones). His
CPK on 25th (evening)was 2053 IU/L (AST 130; ALT 69)and on the 27th
(morning)was 416 IU/L(AST 57; ALT 47). Certainly a rapid halflife - any
ideas?
