Dear colleagues,

With the persistent warm weather in our country we think we see more low
values for magnesium than usually (even down to 0.43 and 0.32 mmol/L in two
patients this week).
An increased tubular flow (increased drinking) is a risk factor for urinary
loss of magnesium.

What is your experience? Are suffering from selectian bias?
