Our Renal Unit has a Beckman ELISE electrolyte analyser for analysing
sodium, chloride and bicarbonate in dialysis fluids. This has served them
well but is now 10 years old. Does anyone have any advice on what current
analysers are available to replace this type of instrument. Bayer have a
dialysis fluid protocol for their 348 blood gas analyser but this is all
I've found so far.
