Dear colleagues, Does anyone know whether serum gel tubes are suitable/unsuitable for cryoglobulin estimation? A colleague has recently suggested that cryos might bind to the gel and cause false negatives. What do others do? Any comments would be appreciated and I would be happy to post a summary of responses if there are sufficient replies.
