Disappointingly I only received 12 responses to this posting-surely there
must be more Troponin T users than this out there!

However, the summary is as follows:-

2 labs use 0.01 (but 1 of these adds a disclaimer as follows: We quote
"normal" as <0.01 but comment that results below 0.03 are on the method's
sensitivity limit and not necessarily reliable.  We checked out the
precision at these levels and agree that results are consistently detectable
at 0.03 and above.
7 labs use 0.03
2 labs use 0.05 (one of which is evidence based and published in Heart and
the other shown locally to be the value that consistently gives a 10%CV).
1 lab uses 0.1 but concedes that their cardiologists use 0.03.
