Job title: Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active person to join our
Post-Sales team.

You will have a background in GIS, Computer Sciences, IT or a related
discipline. We would expect you to have experience in some or all of
the following:
  * GIS packages, e.g. GeoMedia, MapInfo, Autodesk Map, ArcGIS
  * Help desk support
  * Windows and/or Unix operating systems

Knowledge of a programming language or a mainstream database would be
an advantage.

Due to the customer-facing nature of this position we expect you to
have well-developed communication skills.  An ability to deliver
presentations and write reports is essential.

Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
  * Responding to customer queries
  * Testing new versions of software
  * Reviewing and/or writing user documentation
  * Training customers
  * Installations
  * Development of new demonstrations

This position is ideal for a newly qualified graduate or for someone
looking to develop their experience within an expanding company.
