This goes on all our HbA1c reports, and was approved by the local
diabetologist:

NICE GUIDANCE FOR TYPE 2 DIABETES (2002)
     Target HbA1c of 6.5 - 7.5 % should be set for each
     individual, balancing risk of vascular disease against
     risk of hypoglycaemia, and personal circumstances.
     This is a DCCT / UKPDS aligned result.

Bespoke commenting is a non-starter given the number of results and the fact
that all the clinical details ever say is "DM".
