Dear colleagues Does anyone have a well documented (chromatographic) method to separate conjugated steroids from free steroids? I am evaluating pre-analysis extractionmethods for 17 hydroxyprogesteron in young children. To select the best method I need a way to separate the (crossreacting) conjugated steroids from the non-conjugated steroids completely. Literature probably goes back to the sixties.
