FFP no try Beriplex! d/w your haematologist first as it's a bit more
expensive but works much quicker.

Am I missing something here? Surely in the time scale
that Vit K is going to work it wouldn't have made a
difference. If you need to reverse anticoagulation
quickly don't you need to give FFP?
