Adrian,

Didn't you make the mistake in thinking that the govt actually cared about
us that afternoon!  I remember the slide on the first day that mentioned
concern for the patient and the carer.  For a second I thought they meant us
as well until I realised they meant the relatives who won't spend the night
on a sofa to ensure their mum/dad is fine following their head injury.  It
was funny to see that woman's face as she explained they didn't actually
care for the staff officially but of course unofficially we were
'fantastically' important
