I think the best way to proceed is for you to make a
http://www.gridpp.ac.uk/gpp-install/v1_3_0/ as soon as you are happy with
things, and then the WP6 sites (and anyone with some time to spend) can
try installing it, and running jobs between us. This is unfortunately,
going to need the RB doing for these tests to work, as you say. (Although
we could use the updated RB at CERN for some tests, even if we have to
explicitly put the destination in and not use the matchmaking.)

I think its worth trying to do this with 1.3.0 even if there is a 1.3.1
coming, since there will be things we can spot at this stage and include
in our docs or feed back to the ITeam before 1.3.1.

Once this is stabilised, then we can invite other tests to test etc as we
always say.
