User Experience Manager: We are looking for an experienced candidate with at least 6 yrs work experience within a commercial product/service development environment with a proven track record of successful delivery. This should include at least 3 yrs mobile-related work with a strong background in human-factors. Creative Group Manager: Working within the UE Group, the successful candidate will develop UE visual concepts in line with brand and UE guidelines. Working collaboratively with UE designers, global brand management and external agencies, you will ensure quality and consistency of all visual designs. The role holder will have a university degree or equivalent in fine art, graphic design, interaction design or equivalent (post grad qualification is preferred). With a minimum of 5 yrs experience in digital/interface design, including concept development you will have knowledge of mark up languages such as HTML, XML, WML, capabilities of browsers in mobile and internet environments and flash interface development. Able to work under pressurised environments you will also have excellent knowledge of prevailing interface design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. User Experience - Devices Group Manager: You role will be to drive end-to- end delivery of user experience for a group of devices. With at least 4 yrs experience in a commercial product and/or service development environment, including 2 yrs experience in mobile telecoms (in particular device manufacturers) and related businesses, your experience should ideally come from consumer-oriented products with some international exposure. You will also be a strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and formal presentation skills.
