Just wondered if the Paeds team were considering I. O. access as they were not managing to get I.V. access, but obviously you'd gotten in with the intranasal midazolam within 90 seconds.

Intraosseous is somewhat more invasive than intranasal. The fitting stopped ... intranasal midazolam does work fast!
