medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture Alcuin's letter to the monks of Candida Casa is in Cotton Vespasian A xiv fol.160. The letter is of the 8th c., but can anyone help with the date of the Cottonian MS? - I have references for other parts of Vesp.A xiv that are said to be 'c.1200', but have nothing for fol.160.

Also, does anyone know if there any other MS witnesses for Alcuin's letter?
