Does anybody know where I can download an English language version of the European ASI and manual to use re DTTO research in England?

And, has anybody applied a European version of the Core Set of TCU forms re Drug Treatment Assessment and Outcomes at www.ibr.tcu.edu/pubs/datacoll/datacall.html?
