It included a large study on computers in the classroom. The writers examined massive trial in Israel. Lottery funding allowed a huge spend on computers in the classroom - providing opportunity to find out if there was any learning benefit. After some pretty impressive looking research on a massive sample the conclusion - absolutely no improvement in learning at all.... Food for thought!
