Can any colleagues in Europe (outside the UK) tell me about autonomy of treatment by physiotherapists. I would like to know if physios in France, Germany, Holland, Italy etc are able to take referrals that don't come through Doctors. If referrals are through Doctors do physios chose how to treat or is treatment directed by the Doctors? Thanks in anticipation. John Spencer
