Cheers Rocky, I'm with you for the reasons you gave in better words than I could use. Of course we are of the same vintage, but maybe we have learned that we are not indispensable and the department continues to function without our presence at times. I have no fears of session working and look forward to relaxed evenings at work (experience teaches you how) and midweek days walking or fishing without the weekend crowds.
