Dear All, I would be very interested to hear from anyone regarding the use of electrophysical modalities, ie laser, U/S, NMES (Except the obvious R.I.C.E.,) in the acute phase of injury. I would also appreciate any refs/ comments regarding the use of such Tx, both for/against with regard to the use of any of these modalities.
